**This means your total purchase to delivery time can be up to two weeks**

Shipping notifications are sent out via email after an order is shipped with a tracking number which allows you to easily and quickly locate the whereabouts of your order. Delivery times may be longer around major holidays.

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

How do I track my order? 

 Your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at trendthreaders2020@gmail.com

Where can I find the tracking info for my orders:

All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out. Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed at our fulfillment facility - keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed. 

My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?

Your order was shipped but it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in a carrier's tracking system.

ORDER CANCELATIONS

Edits, changes or cancelations must be made within a 24 hours period of order placement after a 24 hours period any edits, changes or cancelations will be denied.

TrendThreaders works with fulfillment partners around the world to print and ship orders. We are staying up to date with the latest info and updates on what’s going on to give you the best shopping experience possible.

Our fulfillment partners are operating and continuing to receive orders with physical/social distancing guidelines in place and with employee safety in mind. Fulfillment will continue albeit shipping will take longer but rest assured your order will reach you.

For weeks now, the entire world is adapting to a new normal. It has been difficult for us to deal with the changes, and we're hoping it'll be over soon. We are grateful to all of you for being understanding during this time.

Standard Fulfillment time is estimated at around 14-15 business days. Due to limited Production times, our estimated fulfillment time is currently closer to 22-28 business days.
