Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. Returns are issued only for products that are misprinted, damaged, or defective. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return requests must be submitted within 2 weeks after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

To start a return, contact us at trendthreaders2020@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

**Please be sure that all orders are correct before placing them. We do not accept returns on misordered products i.e. the wrong color, size, selection, etc. or those without damages or defects. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please send photos of the product, packaging, and the packing slip to trendthreaders2020@gmail.com and we will get in contact with our fulfillment center. Once the issue is evaluated and if it is deemed an error on our part a replacement will be sent to you. 

 Packages Lost in Transit

  • All claims must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date
  • If Package may be lost- As the customer please get in touch with the local post office to try to locate your order.
  • In the case that shipping Address was correct and the post office can't locate the package and the package was never delivered, TrendThreaders will get in contact with our fulfillment partners and we will cover the shipping costs and Ship a replacement. 
  • Keep in mind if the Tracking Information states an order was delivered but it was not received by you the customer. We are not responsible for the lost package and we do not cover re-shipping costs.  
  • Porch Pirate: a thief who takes packages left outside by mail couriers. If you are in an area that is prevalent or have been a victim of this action. Be wary to set up a safe pick up spot where you can receive your package. We are not responsible for items or packages that are stolen.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48-72 hours on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
